<h3>Detox Diet Plan for 7 Days</h3>
<p>This detox method may be repeated every three months to assist the purifying process.</p>
<p><strong>Monday </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>* Breakfast: 50 grams of toasted bread, 50 grams of fresh cheese, 30 grams of jam. </li>
<li>* Lunch: Cauliflower with half a potato, 1/4 chicken curry onion and half an apple and a piece of melon with five dates. </li>
<li>Dinner: Two poached eggs accompanied by half a red pepper, half a tomato and fried eggplant in a tablespoon of olive oil. An apple.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tuesday </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>* Breakfast: A glass of milk, two slices of toast with butter. </li>
<li>* Lunch: Chickpea stew with spinach, half an onion and half eggs. </li>
<li>Dinner: vegetable broth and yogurt.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Wednesday </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>* Breakfast: One cup of skim milk with oatmeal, a tablespoon of honey and cinnamon. </li>
<li>* Lunch: Carrot Salad, tomatoes, beets, lettuce and olives, garnished with a dollop of yogurt and a mayonnaise. Defatted beef burger with grilled mushrooms, eggplant, onions and peppers. Pear salad. </li>
<li>Dinner: 50 grams of dried meat and two potatoes. An apple.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Thursday </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>* Breakfast: Coffee with milk and graham crackers. </li>
<li>* Lunch: Veal steak grilled with salad. A yogurt. </li>
<li>Dinner: steamed vegetables, tofu or beef patty plant.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Friday </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>* Breakfast: Coffee with milk and two whole-grain toast. </li>
<li>* Lunch: Stuffed Artichokes with Serrano ham and cheese with quince. </li>
<li>Dinner: As on Monday.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Saturday </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>* Breakfast: Muesli with orange juice, honey and cinnamon powder. </li>
<li>* Lunch: baked vegetables, two slices of grilled hake and grapefruit. </li>
<li>Dinner: Vegetable stew with ham, applesauce. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Sunday </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>* Breakfast: A yogurt with mandarin oranges and toasted hazelnuts. </li>
<li>* Lunch: Cream of mushroom, 1/4 baked rabbit with two artichokes. </li>
<li>Dinner: Mashed carrots, potatoes, onions and celery and eggs on a bed of leeks in the oven. Pineapple.</li>
